To better align with China's tropical disease and parasitology prevention research needs under new circumstances and facilitate the dissemination of outstanding scientific achievements, the Journal of Tropical Diseases and Parasitology (JTDP) has undergone a significant adjustment in its publication schedule. With official approval from the Anhui Provincial Press and Publication Bureau, JTDP transitioned from quarterly to bimonthly publication starting in 2021, issuing six volumes annually at two-month intervals.
This change marks another crucial step forward since the journal joined the Series of Journals of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association in September 2020. Confronted with evolving challenges and missions, JTDP will reinforce its commitment to excellence, accentuate distinctive features, and endeavor to elevate the journal to new heights of academic influence.
