Abstract:

Objective To verify the effect of reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the detection of several kinds of metal elements in food. Methods 2-2 Lhiazole azo, 5-two amino phenol were used as pre column derivative reagent, methanol (conLaining0.30% phosphoric acid ) and pH4.6 phosphoric acid-sodium phosphate buffer solution were used as the mobile phase gradient elution, Waters Nova-Pak-18 liquid chromatography column was used as stationary phase. UV diode array detector and reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method were used to separate and detect the iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc and manganese in food. Results According to the letter S / N = 4, the detection limit of the metal ions of iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc and manganese was 4.0 μg/ L, 5.0μg/ L, 4.8μg/ L, 3.0μg/ L, 4.8μg/ L, 6.0μg/ L, respectively. The relative standard deviation was 2.0% ~3.8% ,standard recovery rate was 95%-108%. Conclusion The method can be used to detect the trace of iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, manganese in food with satisfactory results.
