摘要: 腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMP-activated protein kinase,AMPK)是一种AMP依赖性的蛋白激酶,负责调节细胞能量的合成与分解,是细胞生长、繁殖和自噬的关键调节剂。AMPK及其信号通路在病毒、细菌和寄生虫等感染中发挥了重要作用,有望成为一种药物新靶点。本文将对近年来AMPK信号通路在感染性疾病中的研究展开综述。

Abstract: AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK),an AMP-dependent protein kinase responsible for regulating the synthesis and catabolism of cellular energy,is a key regulator for cell growth,reproduction and autophagy.AMPK and its signaling pathway play an important role in viral,bacterial and parasitic infections and are expected to be a new drug target.In this paper,we reviewed the recent research on AMPK signaling pathway in infectious diseases.
