2008~2012 年池州市血吸虫病流行趋势与传播控制达标风险评估

摘要: 目的  了解池州市2008-2012年血吸虫病流行趋势,分析血吸虫病传播控制达标风险。 方法  收集2008~2012年池州市血吸虫病防治工作年报、有螺环境数据库、疫情监测报表等资料,分析全市血吸虫病流行趋势和特点。 结果  2008~2012年间,人群血吸虫病感染率分别为0.79%、0.60%、0.58%、0.52%和0.36%,急血发病率由2008年的0.38/10万降至0,晚血病例数由2 274降到1 894;5年间,耕牛感染率分别为1.70%、1.44%、1.16%、1.68%和0;螺情总体呈下降趋势,但现有钉螺面积分布仍较广,且螺情不稳定,山区感染性螺点数量相对较多。 结论 池州市达疫情控制标准后的5年间,血吸虫病疫情得到了进一步控制,但仍然存在影响血吸虫病传播控制达标的风险因素,今后需进一步加大以传染源控制和钉螺控制为主的综合防治措施。

Abstract:

Objective  To analyze the endemic trendence on schistosomiasis from 2008 to 2012, and analyze the risk on the achivement of transmission control in Chizhou city. Methods  The data, such as annual reports, snails environmental database and surveillance reports from 2008 to 2012, were collected to analyze the trends and characteristics of schistosomiasischara.  Results  From 2008 to 2012, the infection rate of people was 0.79%, 0.60%, 0.58%, 0.52% and 0.36%, respectively. The incidence rate of acute schistosomiasis decreased from 0.38/one hundred thousand in 2008 to 0 in 2012. The number of advanced schistosomiasis cases reduced from 2274 to 1894. The infection rate of cattle was 1.70%, 1.44%, 1.16%, 1.68% and 0, respectively. The snail condition took on a downward trend in the five years, but snails still widely distributed in the endemic areas and infected snails could be found in the hilly endemic regions.  Conclusions  Since 2008, the endemic situation on schistosomiasis continued to decline in Chizhou city, but there still existed risk factors on the achivement of transmission control. We should carry out comprehensive measures with emphasis on infectious sources control and snail control.
