标记重捕技术在钉螺种群调查中的应用研究

摘要: 目的 探索运用标记重捕技术计算野外钉螺种群数量的可行性。方法 通过对实验基地内沟渠中的钉螺进行标记和重捕,推算钉螺的种群数量,与传统查螺方法比较后,评价标记重捕技术应用于钉螺野外调查的可行性。结果 春季,按照标记重捕技术计算的六条沟渠内钉螺种群数量平均值分别为3 833、3 345、6 951、4 772、3 329、4 188 只,按照传统查螺法推算的钉螺种群数量平均值分别为3 765、3 251、6 994、4 739、3 304、4 105 只;秋季,按照标记重捕技术计算的钉螺种群数量平均值分别为4 190、3 486、7 808、5 344、3 968、4 772 只,传统查螺法推算的钉螺种群数量平均值分别为4 094、3 471、7 866、5 304、3 729、4 696 只,两种方法的一致性较好。结论 在一定的条件下,标记重捕技术可以用来推算钉螺种群数量。

Abstract: Objective To assess the feasibility of applying marking & recapture approach to estimating the population quantity of Oncomelania hupensis at the field experiment base. Methods Population quantity of snails in the ditches at the field experiment base was estimated using marking & recapture method, and compared with the findings by conventional snail population investigation for evaluation of the feasibility of this technique in field survey of the snail quantity. Results The average population quantity of snails estimated in the six ditches was 3 833, 3 345, 6 951, 4 772, 3 329 and 4 188 heads in spring season and 4 190, 3 486, 7 808, 5 344, 3 968 and 4 772 heads in autumn, respectively by the method of marking &
recapture; and 3 765, 3 251, 6 994, 4 739, 3 304 and 4 105 heads in spring and 4 094, 3 471, 7 866, 5 304, 3 729 and 4 696 in autumn, respectively, by conventional snail population investigation. The consistency was better for the two methods. Conclusion Marking & recapture method can be used to estimate the population quantity of snails under the certain environment.
