云南省砚山县首例并殖吸虫病报道

摘要： 本文报道了云南省砚山县首例并殖吸虫病病例，该病例曾误诊为慢性血吸虫病，后经流行病学和病原学诊断确诊为并殖吸虫病。本病例报道旨在提高当地医务人员对并殖吸虫病的认知，为临床诊断该类疾病提供指导。

Abstract: The paper reports the first case of paragonimiasis in Yanshan County, Yunnan Province. It was initially misdiagnosed as chronic schistosomiasis, yet confirmed as Paragonimiasis after epidemiological and etiological studies. The purpose of this report was aimed at improving the knowledge of local medical staff on paragonimiasis and providing guidance to clinical diagnosis of this entity.
