摘要: 棘球蚴病是一种严重危害公共健康的人兽共患寄生虫病由于影像学和免疫学诊断存在一定局限性,近年来国内外学者针对病原体棘球绦虫建立了多种核酸检测方法,主要包括聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction, PCR)、多重引物 PCR(multiple-PCR)、实时荧光定量 PCR(qRT-PCR)、环介导等温扩增核酸技术( LAMP),本文对这些方法的应用研究进行了归纳,探讨这些检测方法在棘球蚴病诊断中意义

Abstract: Echinococcosis is one kind of zoonotic parasitic disease that seriously endangers public health. In view of the limitations of imaging and immunological diagnosis, many nucleic acid techniques have been developed for detecting the pathogenic echinococcus in recent years, including polymerase chain reaction(PCR), multiple-PCR, real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR) and loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP). This paper summarized the progress of application of nucleic acid technique to the diagnosis of echinococcosis, together with the application value being investigated.
