摘要: 环介导等温扩增(Loop-mediated isothermal amplification, LAMP)技术是近年来发展起来的一种分子生物学检测方法,具有简便快捷敏感特异实用等优点,并已在人体和动物寄生虫检测领域中得到广泛应用,本文主要就 LAMP 技术在原虫吸虫线虫绦虫等寄生虫检测中的应用进行介绍

Abstract: Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a molecular biology diagnostic technology developed in the past few years, with simplicity, sensitivity, specificity and practicability, and has been widely used in the diagnosis of human and animal parasitic diseases. This article aims at describing the application of LAMP technology to detecting protozoa, nematodes, flukes, tapeworm infections.
