2005~2010年安徽贵池区桂畈村血吸虫病疫情监测

Surveillance on endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Guifan Village from 2005 to 2010,Guichi District, Chizhou City

摘要: 目的 掌握血吸虫病的流行状况,了解血吸虫病流行的影响因素,探索流行规律,为优化和调整防治策略提供参考。 方法 根据《全国血吸虫病监测方案》,统计分析国家监测点—贵池区涓桥镇桂畈村的各项指标。 结果 监测点实施以传染源控制为主的综合防治策略后,2005~2010年,居民血吸虫病感染率自6.38%下降至2.37%;仅2005年发生1例急性感染病例。感染性钉螺密度自0.008 20只/0.11m2下降至2009年的0.000 64只/0.11m2,2010年未发现感染性钉螺。 结论 在重度血吸虫病流行区实施以传染源控制为主的综合防治策略,能在短期内控制血吸虫病疫情,将人群感染率控制在较低的水平。要进一步加大流动人群的监测、管理和防治工作力度。做好传染源控制的巩固,加强对野生动物和猪、猫、犬的监测,进一步降低疫情,控制血吸虫病传播。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the endemic trends, impact factors and characteristics of schistosomiasis, and provide reference for making out control strategies. Methods According to the protocol of National Schistosomiasis Surveillance Programme, the indexes on the prevalence of schistosomiasis at Guifan Village, which was one of the national surveillance sites, were selected and analyzed.Results After the implement of the comprehensive control strategies which emphasis on infectious source control, from 2005 to 2010, the infection rate of schistosomiasis in residents of the village reduced from 6.38% to 2.37%, and there was only one acute schistosomiasis case occurred in 2005 for the six years. The density of infected snail reduced from 0.0082/0.1m2 in 2005 to 0.00064/0.1m2 in 2009, and no infected snails were found in 2010. Conclusion In severe endemic areas of schistosomiasis, after the implement of comprehensive control strategies which emphasis on infectious source control, the disease could be effectively controlled in a short term. Surveillance and management on mobile population should be strenghtened to reduce the prevalence of schistosomiasis furtherly. Surveillance on other infectious sources, such as wild animals, pigs, cats and dogs should also be strenghteded to consolidate the effect of infectious source control measures and control the transmission of schistosomiasis.
