摘要: 目的 利用Google Earth平台,建立血吸虫病地理信息系统(GIS)。 方法 在Google Earth平台上,通过添加地标、路径、多边形、图像叠加层等方法,建立血吸虫防治相关的地理信息。 结果 建立了血吸虫病GIS。该系统包含“流行区”、“水系”、“流行示意图”、“有螺环境”、“新发及复现钉螺环境”、“急性血吸虫病”等6个模块。通过操作GIS平台,在3D地图上,实时查看血吸虫病相关信息。 结论 基于Google Earth的血吸虫病GIS,操作简单易学,功能比较完善,非常适合在血防基层机构推广使用。

Abstract:

Objective To establish the geographical information system(GIS) for schistosomiasis based on Google Earth. Methods The placemark, path, polygon, overlay and so on were added to Google Earth to establish GIS for schistosomiasis. Results The GIS for schistosomiasis had been established. The system included six modules, such as endemic area, river system, epidemic map, snail environment, new and recurrent snail environment, and acute schistosomiasis. Through operating the GIS, the real-time information of schistosomiasis could be viewed on the 3D map. Conclusion The GIS for schistosomiasis based on Google Earth was simple to learn, low cost and powerful, which was very suitable for basic schistosomiasis control station to use.
