摘要: 肾综合征出血热( Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,HFRS) 是源于动物感染的自然疫源性疾病,HFRS 的发病机制受多因素共同调控,其中病原免疫性因素在 HFRS 中起主导作用研究发现 HFRS 与人类白细胞抗原(Human lymphocyte antigen,HLA)基因多态性关系密切,HFRS 遗传相关性及病程严重度在一定水平上受 HLA基因多态性影响本文就 HFRS HLA 基因多态性的相关研究进展作综述,为临床早期筛查诊断 HFRS 及评估发病风险提供科学依据

Abstract: Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome ( HFRS) is a natural focus disease originated from animal infection. The pathogenesis of HFRS is controlled by many factors, in which the pathogenic immune plays a major role. Studies demonstrated that HFRS was closely connected with human leukocyte antigen(HLA) gene polymorphism, and the genetic correlation and course severity of HFRS were affected by HLA gene polymorphism at a certain level. This paper aims at reviewing the research progress in HFRS and HLA gene polymorphism in order to provide a scientific basis for early clinical screening and diagnosis of HFRS as well as assessment of the disease risks.
