2003—2020 年南京市栖霞区疟疾流行特征分析

摘要: 目的 分析 2003—2020 年栖霞区疟疾流行特征和 2009—2020 年传疟媒介季节性消长规律,为制定科学的防治策略提供依据方法 收集 2003—2020 年传染病信息管理系统上报的栖霞区疟疾疫情数据疟疾血检统计年报流行病学个案调查表以及 2009—2020 年蚊媒监测数据,对数据进行整理和描述分析结果 2003—2020 年栖霞区累计报告疟疾病例 51 ,年平均发病率为 0. 44 / 10 报告病例中,间日疟占 68. 63% ( 35 / 51),恶性疟占15. 69%(8 / 51),卵形疟占 5. 88%(3 / 51),未分型占 9. 80%(5 / 51)。 本地感染病例占 23. 53%(12 / 51),输入性病例占 76. 47%(39 / 51)。 2011 年报告最后 1 例本地感染病例。 2009—2020 年共捕获中华按蚊 85 ,未捕获其他种类按蚊,按蚊密度总体呈下降趋势,2016 年未再捕获到中华按蚊结论 虽然栖霞区 2015 年已经通过省级消除疟疾

,但仍然有输入性疟疾病例,疟疾传播风险依然不容忽视,需进一步加强输入性疟疾疫情的监测和处置

Abstract: Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of malaria from 2003 to 2020 and seasonal growth and decline of malaria vectors in Qixia district from 2009 to 2020,so as to provide a basis for formulating scientific control strategies. Methods The data,including the malaria cases and annual malaria blood test findings reported from infectious disease information management system in Qixia District from 2003 to 2020,and the data generated from exposure questionnaires for epidemiological studies as well as those from mosquito vector surveillance during 2009 and 2020,were initially collected and statistically interpreted. Results Totally,51 cases of malaria were reported in Qixia District from 2003 to 2020,with an average annual incidence rate of 0. 44 per 100 000 population. Of reported cases,infection with Plasmodium vivax Plasmodium falciparum and Plasmodium ovale accounted for 68. 63% (35 / 51),15. 69% (8 / 51) and 5. 88% (3 /51),respectively,and another cases were unspecified(9. 80%,5 / 51) . Local infections and imported cases accounted respectively for 23. 53% (12 / 51) and 76. 47% (39 / 51). One local infection was reported in 2011. From 2009 to 2020,85,  Anopheles sinensis were captured,and no other species of Anopheles were captured,The density of Anopheles sinensis tended to decline. No Anopheles sinensis  was captured after 2016. Conclusion Although Qixia District passed the provincial evaluation of malaria elimination in 2015,yet imported case still occurs. The findings suggest that the situation of malaria prevention and control still remains serious,and it is necessary to further strengthen the surveillance and control of imported malaria epidemics.
