5%四聚乙醛粉剂室内撒粉灭螺试验效果评价

摘要: 目的 对5%四聚乙醛粉剂杀螺效果进行室内试验和评价。方法 采用室内喷粉灭螺的方法,评价5%四聚乙醛粉剂施药后不同时段对钉螺的杀灭效果;试验同时设50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂(WPN)对照组和空白对照组。结果 24h半数致死量(LC50值)为1.92g/m2,48h半数致死量(LC50值)为0.48g/m2,施药后5d钉螺死亡率均大于97%。结论 5%四聚乙醛粉剂达到国家农业部相关标准。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the molluscicidal effect of 5% Metaeldehyde powder in laboratory.Methods The molluscicidal effect of 5% Metaeldehyde powder was evaluated by spray method in laboratory, and the wettable powder of 50% niclosamile ethanolamine salt(WPN)and fresh water were set as control groups, respectively. Results The LC50 in 24h and 48h was1.92g/m2 and 0.48g/m2, respectively. The death rate of snail was more than 97% in the fifth day. Conclusion The molluscicidal effect of 5% Metaeldehyde powder in laboratory has reached the standard of the National Ministry of Agriture.
