摘要： 摘要:为适应新时期我国人感染动物源性流感疫情防控工作需要,提高应对流感大流行的能力和水平,2021 年 7月,国家卫生健康委员会印发了《人感染动物源性流感预防控制技术指南(试行)》。 本文就甲型流感病毒及其变异、动物源性流感病毒及其致病性、动物源性流感与流感大流行等内容进行讨论,以期为各地科学有序地开展人感染动物源性流感疫情防控工作提供参考。

关键词: 动物源性流感, 甲型流感病毒, 禽流感, 流感大流行, 技术指南

Abstract: In order to satisfy the needs of prevention and control of human infection with animal influenza in the new era in China,and improve the ability and capacity in response to influenza pandemic,the National Health Commission issued the Technical Guidelines for Prevention and Control of Human Infection With Animal Influenza (For trial) in July 2021. This paper aims to elaborate the guidelines with regard to influenza A virus and its variation,animal influenza virus and its pathogenicity as well as the pandemic,with an attempt to provide reference for administrations at all levels in implementation of the prevention and control of human infection with animal influenza in scientific and orderly fashion.
