2018~2019年冬春季全球流感流行情况

Global influenza epidemic in winter and spring, 2018~ 2019

摘要: 2018~2019 年冬春季,全球范围内均报告有流感活动,季节性流感以A 亚型为主。北半球温带地区的流感活动水平从11 月上旬开始升高,部分国家经历了高强度水平的流感活动,检测到的流感病毒主要亚型是甲型H1N1,其次为A(H3N2)亚型,而A(H3N2)型流感病毒比例呈显著上升趋势。热带地区,流感活动在一些国家处于高水平,印度、老挝报告了主要由甲型H1N1 流感流行造成的区域性暴发疫情;而伊朗报告的区域性暴发疫情以A(H3N2)为主。2018 年10 月份以来,除澳大利亚一些地区流感活动仍高于非季节性水平外,南半球温带地区的流感活动维持在非季节性水平。本文对2018 年10 月1 日至2019 年3月3 日全球的流感活动情况进行概述。

Abstract:

In the winter and spring of 2018~2019, influenza activity was reported globally, with seasonal influenza A viruses accounted for the majority of detections. In the temperate zone of the northern hemisphere influenza activity has increased since the beginning of November. Some countries have experienced high influenza activity, with influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 virus most frequently detected followed by influenza A(H3N2) viruses, and the proportion of A(H3N2) influenza virus showed a significant upward trend. In the tropics, influenza activity was high in some countries. India and Laos reported regional outbreaks predominantly due to A(H1N1)pdm09,while the regional outbreak reported by Iran was dominated by A(H3N2). Since October 2018, influenza activity remained at inter-seasonal levels, with the exception of some parts of Australia where influenza activity remained above inter-seasonal levels. This article provides an overview of the global influenza activity from October 1, 2018 to March 3, 2019.
